Which BruMate fits your program

Where your logo goes
Every BruMate product carries the BruMate logo, and it stays. Your logo goes on the opposite side, usually laser engraved: the laser removes the powder coat and shows the stainless steel, so the mark is permanent and dishwasher safe. Some models can also be printed in full color. The product page lists the decoration methods and the imprint area for each size, and the free proof shows the exact placement.
Minimums, setup and timing
Most BruMate drinkware starts at 12 or 24 pieces, and coolers have their own minimums per size. A one-time setup charge applies per design. Production takes about one to three weeks after proof approval, depending on the model and supplier. If your date is close, tell us first and we will point you to the sizes that can make it.

Can I buy just one BruMate, or a few without a logo?
We sell to businesses and organizations in bulk, not single units. Any item can be ordered blank, but at the same minimum as the decorated version, which is listed on each product page. New clients have a $1,000 minimum order; corporate account clients order any quantity.
What is the minimum order for custom BruMate?
Most tumblers, can coolers and barware start at 12 or 24 pieces, depending on the model and size. The exact minimum is in the price table for each size.
Can you remove the BruMate logo?
No. The BruMate logo is part of the product, and your logo goes on the opposite side.
How long does a custom BruMate order take?
Most items ship about one to three weeks after you approve the proof, and a few have a rush option. Each product page shows the production time per size. Tell us your in-hands date with the quote request.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Our products ship from US suppliers. International shipping, including Canada, can be arranged: send the destination with your quote request and we quote shipping and import costs.
Do you sell replacement lids or parts?
No, we do not stock replacement parts. For a replacement lid or a warranty question on a BruMate you already own, contact BruMate directly.
What artwork do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) give the sharpest engraving. Send what you have; our design team prepares it and sends a free digital proof before production.
